Latino Sheriff for Broward County?

Honorable Governor Charles Crist:

On behalf of the Latino Officers Association Florida, we would respectfully request your consideration on appointing a Latino as the next Sheriff of Broward County when in receivership.

The overwhelming population growth of Hispanics in the South Florida area is evidence of how important it is to serve the community you live in. It is well know that the Broward County Sheriff Office is grossly under represented with regard to Latinos in the command staff of BSO.

May God continue to bless you

Respectfully,
